sec.145H Restriction on sale of notified articles
The commissioner may, by notification published in the gazette, prohibit or regulate the sale, use or possession of any article or substance that the commissioner believes may constitute a fire risk. s 145H (prev s 70) amd 1996 No. 42 s 21 sch 2 ; 2001 No. 76 s 24 (1) reloc and renum 2024 No. 22 s 40 (2)
