77J Recovery of unpaid contributions
*[Section 77J Inserted by No. 12 of 1981, s. 17 ]*The Commission may recover from an insurance company in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Commission any instalment of a contribution that the insurance company is required to pay to it under section 77E and that remains unpaid after the expiration of the period fixed for its payment under that section.
