### 77J Recovery of unpaid contributions > *\[Section 77J Inserted by No. 12 of 1981, s. 17 \]*The Commission may recover from an insurance company in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Commission any instalment of a contribution that the insurance company is required to pay to it under [section 77E](#GS77E@EN) and that remains unpaid after the expiration of the period fixed for its payment under that section.
