### 73G Statement of corporate intent > *\[Section 73G Inserted by No. 20 of 1995, s. 3 and Sched. 1 \]* > > > (1)  The statement of corporate intent of the Commission is a summary of its corporate plan. > > > (2)  The statement of corporate intent of the Commission must not disclose any information which the Minister considers may, if disclosed – > > > > > > (a) disadvantage or cause damage to the Commission, directly or indirectly; or > > > > > > > (b) enable another person, directly or indirectly, to gain an advantage. > > > (3)  The statement of corporate intent is to be in a form, and contain the information, specified by the Minister.
