65B Public notice of appointment, &c.

(1) [Section 65B Subsection (1) amended by No. 33 of 2012, s. 12, Applied:30 Apr 2013] The Council may, in the Gazette or any newspaper –
(a) give notice of the appointment of a fire permit officer or an authorisation under section 65A (1) (c) (ii) ; and
(b) from time to time, publish a list of the fire permit officers and members of the Fire Service appointed or authorised in respect of each or any Fire Management Area.
(2) [Section 65B Subsection (2) amended by No. 33 of 2012, s. 12, Applied:30 Apr 2013] A notice or list published under subsection (1) may contain such other information as the Council considers necessary or expedient in the public interest.
