50 Protection of public premises

(1)  *[Section 50 Subsection (1) amended by No. 44 of 1990, s. 225 and Sched. 3 ]**[Section 50 Subsection (1) amended by No. 29 of 1995, s. 44 ]*On a request made to it by the appropriate authorized officer or a local council, the Commission shall provide such information or advice as may be required in relation to the protection from fire of –

(a) [Section 50 Subsection (1) amended by No. 9 of 2003, Sched. 1, Applied:16 Apr 2003] a place of assembly within the meaning of the Public Health Act 1997 ;

(b) a place of public entertainment within the meaning of Division 8 of Part 5 of the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993 ; and

(c) [Section 50 Subsection (1) amended by No. 24 of 2004, s. 35, Applied:01 Jan 2005] premises specified in a licence or permit granted under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 .

(a) the Secretary of the responsible Department in relation to the following enactments:

(ii) Local Government Act 1993 ;

(iii) ;
