119 Recovery and appropriation of charges
(1) *[Section 119 Subsection (1) amended by No. 64 of 1988, s. 10 ]**[Section 119 Subsection (1) amended by No. 2 of 1990, s. 7 ]*A charge payable to the Commission under this Act may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Commission.
(2) All charges recovered by the Commission shall be applied in and towards defraying its expenses under this Act.
