### 107B Interpretation of Part VIA > *\[Section 107B Inserted by No. 20 of 1995, s. 3 and Sched. 1 \]*In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears – > > > ***annual report*** means the annual report prepared under [section 107G](#GS107G@EN) ; > > > ***Australian Accounting Standards*** means Statements of Accounting Standards issued jointly by the National Councils of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or their successors; > > > ***corporate plan*** means the corporate plan approved under [section 73E](#GS73E@EN) ; > > > ***financial statements*** means the financial statements prepared under [section 107D](#GS107D@EN) ; > > > ***Stakeholder Minister*** has the same meaning as in the [Government Business Enterprises Act 1995](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1995-022) ; > > > ***statement of corporate intent*** has the meaning given by [section 73G](#GS73G@EN) ; > > > ***Treasurer's Instructions*** has the same meaning as in the [Government Business Enterprises Act 1995](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1995-022) .
