*[Section 107A Inserted by No. 20 of 1995, s. 3 and Sched. 1 ]*Where the Treasurer, under section 5 (1) of the Financial Agreement Act 1994 , requires the Commission to do or refrain from doing anything for the purpose of implementing the Agreement, within the meaning of that Act, the Commission must comply with that requirement.
