94F Power to arrest A police officer may— (a) apprehend with or without warrant any person found lighting, spreading or maintaining any fire contrary to sections 94A to 94E or to the conditions or restrictions contained in any permit granted under or in relation to any of those sections; and (b) take the person before a bail justice or the Magistrates' Court to be dealt with according to law.
