84 Provision in case of death before or during long service leave If an employee entitled to long service leave dies before or while taking such long service leave Fire Rescue Victoria shall, to the extent that payment in lieu thereof has not already been granted to that employee, grant payment in lieu of the whole or part of the long service leave not taken to the legal personal representative of the deceased employee.
