79O Appeals against transfer S. 79O(1) amended by No. 20/2019 s. 130(1). (1) An appeal against an order of transfer may only be brought on the ground that the process used by Fire Rescue Victoria in determining the transfer was not procedurally fair. (2) An appeal against an order of transfer does not, prior to the determination of the appeal, stay the operation of the order. S. 79O(3) amended by No. 20/2019 s. 130(2). (3) The Commission must disallow an appeal against an order of transfer if it is of the opinion that the transfer was in the best interests of the efficiency of Fire Rescue Victoria.
