4I Notice of review of the Fire Rescue Victoria fire district If the Minister requests the Fire District Review Panel to conduct a review of the Fire Rescue Victoria fire district under section 4G(2)(a)— (a) the Minister must cause a copy of the request, and the reasons for the request, to be published in the Government Gazette; and (b) the Fire Rescue Commissioner must cause a copy of the request, and the reasons for the request, to be published on the Internet site of Fire Rescue Victoria; and (c) the Chief Officer of the Country Fire Authority must cause a copy of the request, and the reasons for the request, to be published on the Internet site of the Country Fire Authority.
