33G Strategic Advisory Committee terms of reference (1) The Minister must develop terms of reference for the Strategic Advisory Committee in consultation with the Fire Rescue Commissioner. (2) The terms of reference for the Strategic Advisory Committee must include details of the following— (a) the procedures to be followed by the Committee, including in relation to its meetings; (b) the Committee's strategic focus for the 12 months after the terms of reference are developed; (c) procedures for dealing with conflicts of interest. (3) The Minister must review the terms of reference for the Strategic Advisory Committee at least once each year, in consultation with the Fire Rescue Commissioner.
