2 Purposes
The main purposes of this Act are—
S. 2(a) amended by Nos 5/2012 s. 59, 20/2019 s. 58.
(a) to provide for fire safety, fire suppression and fire prevention services and emergency response services in the Fire Rescue Victoria fire district; and
S. 2(b) amended by No. 20/2019 s. 24.
(b) to establish Fire Rescue Victoria.
