146 Transitional provision (1) As soon as practicable after the sunset day, the Monitor must prepare a report in accordance with section 142, as in force immediately before that day, with the following modifications. (2) The report is to cover the period beginning on 1 July in the year the sunset day occurs and ending on the sunset day. (3) The report must be provided to the Minister before the report is laid before a House of the Parliament. (4) In this section— ***sunset day*** means the day that is the tenth anniversary of the commencing day.
