144Regulations

144 Regulations (1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to any matter or thing required or permitted by this Part to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Part. (2) The regulations may relate to the matters to be included by Fire Rescue Victoria and the Country Fire Authority in an outcomes framework under section 140(1). (3) The regulations may— (a) be of general or limited application; and (b) differ according to differences in time, place or circumstances; and (c) confer a discretionary authority or impose a duty on a specified person or a specified class of person.
