118 Transitional provision relating to Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Appeals Commission (1) On and after the commencing day, the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Appeals Commission, as established by section 79 as in force immediately before the commencing day, continues in existence under the name "Fire Rescue Victoria Appeals Commission". (2) A thing done by, or in relation to, the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Appeals Commission before the commencing day (including but not limited to an appeal on foot as at the commencing day) has effect, after the commencing day, as if it had been done by, or in relation to, the Fire Rescue Victoria Appeals Commission.
