110 Proceedings Unless an allocation statement otherwise provides, if immediately before the approval date of the allocation statement, proceedings relating to property, rights or liabilities allocated to Fire Rescue Victoria (including arbitration proceedings) to which the Country Fire Authority was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal then, on and after the approval date, Fire Rescue Victoria— (a) is substituted for the Country Fire Authority as a party to the proceedings; and (b) has the same rights in the proceedings as the Country Fire Authority had.
