109 Country Fire Authority instruments Unless an allocation statement otherwise provides, each instrument relating to property, rights, liabilities or obligations allocated to Fire Rescue Victoria under the allocation statement continues to have effect according to its tenor, on and after the approval date of the allocation statement, as if a reference in the instrument to the Country Fire Authority were a reference to Fire Rescue Victoria.
