6 With respect to SASES— (a) make any provision with respect to the formation, constitution, rules and operations of SASES units, and any related organisational or administrative matters; (b) make any provision with respect to— (i) the eligibility of persons to be members of SASES units; (ii) the registration, training, functions and duties of the members of SASES units; (iii) management matters relating to membership of SASES units; (c) make any provision with respect to— (i) the determination of complaints against members of SASES units; (ii) the disciplining, in appropriate cases, of members of SASES units.
