61 Use of information obtained by production of information direction (1) The Director must not disclose any information obtained by a production of information direction except as authorised by this section. (2) The Director may disclose information obtained by a production of information direction if the Director reasonably believes that the disclosure is necessary— (a) for the purposes of a payment arrangement; or (b) for the purposes of taking enforcement action against a fine defaulter under this Act; or (c) to assist the sheriff to take enforcement action against a fine defaulter under this Act.
