59 Director may direct production of information The Director may make a production of information direction requiring the fine defaulter— (a) to give the Director, within the time specified in the direction, a statement of financial circumstances— (i) in the prescribed form and containing any prescribed details; and (ii) attaching any prescribed information; or (b) to attend before the Director at a place and at a time specified in the direction to answer questions in respect of the financial circumstances of the fine defaulter.
