40 Time to pay or enter payment arrangement if infringement confirmation served (1) An applicant who is served with an infringement confirmation must— (a) pay the registered infringement fine; or (b) apply to pay the registered infringement fine under a payment arrangement; or (c) be the subject of an application to the Director for a work and development permit. (2) The applicant must perform an action or be the subject of an application referred to under subsection (1) within 21 days of written notice of the infringement confirmation being served or enforcement action may be taken.
