36 Conduct of enforcement actions during enforcement review (1) While the Director is conducting an enforcement review— (a) any enforcement action that had already been applied before the application for enforcement review was received by the Director may continue to be applied until the enforcement review is complete; and (b) the Director or any other person must not apply any further enforcement action that had not already been applied before the application for enforcement review was received until the enforcement review is complete. S. 36(2) repealed by No. 29/2016 s. 20.
