241 Service of documents (1) At the foot of section 162(1) of the **Infringements Act 2006 insert**— "**Note** The **Electronic Transactions (Victoria) Act 2000** applies to enable a document to be served electronically, including facsimile transmission and email, in accordance with that Act.". (2) Section 162(2), (2A) and (3) of the **Infringements Act 2006** are **repealed**. (3) In section 162(6) of the **Infringements Act 2006**, for "14 days" **substitute** "7 days".
