215 Application for internal review S. 215(1) repealed by No. 29/2016 s. 50(1). (2) In section 22(2) of the **Infringements Act 2006**— S. 215(2)(a) repealed by No. 29/2016 s. 50(1). S. 215(2)(b) amended by No. 59/2017 s. 97. (b) for paragraph (a)(i)(A) **substitute**— "(A) an infringement offence for which an infringement notice was served on a person, other than a child, at any time before the outstanding amount of an infringement penalty together with any penalty reminder notice fee are registered with the Director under the **Fines Reform Act 2014**; or". (3) In section 22(2)(a)(ii) of the **Infringements Act** **2006**— (a) for "in the case of any other infringement offence" **substitute** "in the case of a non-registrable infringement offence"; S. 215(4) repealed by No. 29/2016 s. 50(1). S. 216 repealed by No. 29/2016 s. 50(1).
