201B Administrative services agreements entered into under Part 6A of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989
On and from the commencement of section 125 of the **Fines Reform Amendment Act 2017**, Part 14A of this Act applies to an agreement entered into under Part 6A of the **Magistrates' Court Act 1989** that is in force immediately before that commencement as if that agreement had been entered into under Part 14A.
