194 Transitional provision for proceeds of vehicles seized and sold If a motor vehicle was sold under section 101 of the **Infringements Act 2006** before the repeal of Part 7 of that Act but the proceeds of the sale had not been applied in accordance with section 104 of that Act before that repeal, the proceeds of the sale must be applied in accordance with section 104 of that Act as if that section had not been repealed.
