191 Payment orders under Infringements Act 2006 S. 191(1) amended by No. 59/2017 s. 92. (1) A person in respect of whom a payment order within the meaning of the **Infringements Act 2006** as in force immediately before the repeal of Part 5 of that Act applies immediately before that repeal is taken, on and from the date of that repeal, to have made a payment arrangement with the Director under this Act. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1)— (a) a payment arrangement is taken to have the same terms and conditions as the payment order that it superseded; and (b) on any default of that payment arrangement, sections 56 and 57 of this Act apply.
