189 Enforcement orders made under Infringements Act 2006 An enforcement order notice served in respect of an enforcement order made under the **Infringements Act 2006** before the repeal of Part 4 of that Act— (a) is taken on and from that repeal to be a notice of final demand served in respect of a registered infringement fine under this Act; and (b) may be enforced in accordance with this Act as if a notice of final demand had been served in respect of the registered infringement fine.
