186B Variation or cancellation of work and development permit under Infringements Act 2006 (1) A work and development permit that has been varied or cancelled by the Secretary under section 27E of the **Infringements Act 2006**, on and from the repeal of that section, is taken to be a work and development permit varied or cancelled by the Director under section 10E and has effect accordingly. (2) A request made to the Secretary under section 27E(1)(a) of the **Infringements Act 2006** for a work and development permit to be varied or cancelled that is pending before the repeal of that section, on the repeal of that section, is taken to be a request to the Director for a work and development permit to be varied or cancelled under section 10E(1)(a).
