186A Work and development permits applied for or approved under Infringements Act 2006 (1) A work and development permit approved by the Secretary under section 27C of the **Infringements Act 2006**, on and from the repeal of that section, is taken to be a work and development permit approved by the Director under section 10C and has effect accordingly. (2) An application made to the Secretary for a work and development permit under section 27B of the **Infringements Act 2006** that is pending before the repeal of that section, on the repeal of that section, is taken to be an application to the Director for a work and development permit under section 10B.
