176 Restriction on Director and sheriff in relation to use of required information The Director or sheriff may use required information, or information referred to in section 177, provided to the Director or sheriff under this Division only for the purpose of enforcing a registered fine or registered collection and enforcement order against the person to whom the required information relates.
