142 Director must notify Transport Secretary of removal of number plates If the Director is notified under section 141(1)(b) about the removal of the number plates of a motor vehicle, the Director— S. 142(a) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 20.10). (a) must notify the Transport Secretary of the removal; and S.142(b) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 20.11).
