139 Application of Part (1) This Part applies if an enforcement warrant has been issued against a registered operator of a motor vehicle, whether or not a seven-day notice has been served on that person in respect of the enforcement warrant. (2) The sheriff or a police officer may take enforcement action under this Part in addition to any other enforcement action under this Act. S. 140 amended by No. 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 20.8).
