122 Reduction of imprisonment by payment of portion of registered fine or registered collection and enforcement order S. 122(1) substituted by No. 59/2017 s. 36(2). (1) If, before the issue of an enforcement warrant, it appears to the registrar that part of the registered fine or registered collection and enforcement order has been paid, the amounts specified in the enforcement warrant must be reduced by the amount of the registered fine or registered collection and enforcement order paid. (2) Subsection (1) applies despite any provision (except section 26) of the **Imprisonment of Fraudulent Debtors Act 1958** to the contrary. (3) If after the issue but before the execution of an enforcement warrant, part of the amount specified in the enforcement warrant is paid or satisfied on personal property of the person named in the enforcement warrant, the person executing the enforcement warrant must— (a) amend the execution copy of the enforcement warrant; and (b) forward the amount paid or satisfied without delay to the Director and notify the registrar.
