10Z Review of FVS (1) The Minister must cause a review of the operation of the family violence scheme in this Part to be undertaken. (2) The review must commence no later than 2 years after the commencement of the operation of the family violence scheme. (3) The review must review the operation of the family violence scheme in accordance with terms of reference determined by the Minister, including the potential impact on road safety. (4) The person appointed by the Minister to conduct the review must provide a written report to the Minister. Part 3—Management for collection and enforcement of fines by Director Division 1—Application of Part 11 Part does not apply to children This Part does not apply to an infringement notice issued in respect of a child.
