107 Fees to be included in enforcement warrant S. 107(1) substituted by No. 59/2017 s. 82(2). (1) On the issue of an enforcement warrant the prescribed fee is payable by the fine defaulter against whom the enforcement warrant is issued. S. 107(1A) inserted by No. 59/2017 s. 82(2). (1A) Any enforcement warrant fee, penalty reminder notice fee and collection fee payable by the fine defaulter may be included in the amounts specified in the enforcement warrant. (2) Any fee prescribed under this Act in respect of the execution of an enforcement warrant forms part of the lawful costs of execution of the warrant.
