104 Access to property and information about land
(1) A fine defaulter, a registered proprietor or an occupier of land to which a land sale order applies must provide reasonable access to that land for the purposes of the sale of the land.

A renter of residential premises or a resident of a rooming house must permit entry under section 86 or 137 of the **Residential Tenancies Act 1997** if residential premises are to be sold.
(2) For the purposes of facilitating the sale of land to which a land sale order applies, a fine defaulter must provide to the Director any information in relation to the land which—
(a) is known to the fine defaulter; or
(b) may be reasonably obtained by the fine defaulter.
