103 Sale to be treated as sale by mortgagee Section 77 of the **Transfer of Land Act 1958** applies to a sale pursuant to a land sale order as if— (a) the charge were a registered mortgage; and (b) the Director were a mortgagee under that mortgage; and (c) the requirement in that section relating to the giving of notice were deleted.
