100 Owner to be notified of land charge or removal of land charge The Director must give written notice to a fine defaulter whose interest in land is subject to a land charge and any other person recorded in the Register kept under the **Transfer of Land Act 1958** as having a registered interest in the land— (a) that the land is charged under this Part with the amount stated in the notice; or (b) of the removal of a land charge over the land.
