(2) The Fines Recovery Unit may cancel a property seizure order, garnishee order or statutory charge on land under this Division at any time if satisfied that it is just to do so. (3) The cancellation of a statutory charge on land under this Division does not take effect until the Registrar-General registers the cancellation.
