97 Disposition of money paid by or recovered from fine defaulters (1) Any payment made by or on behalf of a fine defaulter under an enforcement order is payable to the Fines Recovery Unit. (2) If a payment under an enforcement order is made to another person or body, the payment may, with the approval of the Fines Recovery Unit, be directly credited to the Central Holding Authority or another account, or retained, in accordance with this Act or any other law.
