89 Satisfaction of fine or penalty by imprisonment
(1) If a fine defaulter serves the total period of imprisonment under a
warrant under this Division, all fines or penalties concerned are to
be taken to be satisfied.
(2) If a fine defaulter serves part of the period of imprisonment under a
warrant under this Division, the fines or penalties concerned are to
be taken to be partially satisfied by the amount calculated at the
prescribed rate for each day actually served.
