84 Revocation of community work order
(1) The Fines Recovery Unit may revoke a community work order
made under this Division if it is satisfied, following a report by the
Commissioner of Correctional Services, that the fine defaulter is not
capable of performing work under the order or is otherwise not
suitable to be engaged in such work.
(2) The Fines Recovery Unit must revoke a community work order
made under this Division if it receives a report by the Commissioner
of Correctional Services that the fine defaulter who is subject to the
order has, without reasonable excuse, breached the order.
(3) When revoking a community work order made under this Division,
the Fines Recovery Unit may also revoke any other community
work orders that have been made under this Division against the
fine defaulter.
(4) The Fines Recovery Unit may revoke a community work order
made under this Division in the absence of and without notice to the
fine defaulter.
