81 Satisfaction of fine or penalty by work under community work order (1) If a fine defaulter who is subject to a community work order under this Division complies with the order, the fine or penalty concerned is to be taken to be satisfied. (2) If a fine defaulter who is subject to a community work order under this Division performs work for part of the number of hours of work specified in the order, the fine or penalty concerned is to be taken to be partially satisfied by the amount calculated at the prescribed rate for each hour of work actually performed under the order.
