77B Breach of community work order
A fine defaulter who is the subject of a community work order is in
breach of the order if the fine defaulter:
(a) fails to comply with a term or condition of the order; or
(b) fails to carry out the fine defaulter's obligations under
section 77A(1); or

(c) disturbs or interferes with any other person participating in or
doing anything under a community work order; or
(d) assaults, threatens, insults or uses abusive language to the
project supervisor, a probation and parole officer or a
community youth justice officer; or
(e) changes the fine defaulter's address for the purposes of
evading the execution of this Act; or
(f) commits an offence against a law in force in the Territory
during the time when the fine defaulter is participating in an
approved project under the order.
