66N Removal of fine defaulter's details (1) The Fines Recovery Unit must remove the details of a fine defaulter from its website if the fine defaulter has paid all outstanding amounts under an enforcement order served on the defaulter or the order has otherwise been satisfied. (2) The Fines Recovery Unit may remove the details of a fine defaulter from its website although the fine defaulter has not paid all outstanding amounts under an enforcement order.
