66J Interference with immobilisation (a) a motor vehicle is immobilised under this Division; and (b) the person intentionally removes or tampers with the immobilisation of the vehicle. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a). (3) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) if the defendant has a reasonable excuse.
