41 Enforcement costs under penalty enforcement order (1) The following amounts are enforcement costs in relation to a penalty enforcement order: (a) amounts prescribed under this section in relation to the making of a penalty enforcement order and the taking of enforcement action; (b) amounts payable under section 74 or 78A in respect of bailiffs' costs and expenses.
